A Passion for Authentic, Inclusive Leadership
For much of my life, I wondered why some people naturally attracted trust and influence while others—with equally good ideas—struggled to be heard.
After sixteen years in the pharmaceutical industry and years of coaching leaders across industries, I began connecting insights from leadership, psychology, neuroscience, communication, biology, and sports into one framework.
