Through a strength-focused coaching methodology, I guide my clients in defining their unique personal brand, in optimizing their communications, while aligning their leadership style with their core values. The impact? They show up as their favorite, confident and authentic selves, which fosters trust, improves collaboration and generates deep, meaningful connections.
After a rich 16-year career in the pharmaceutical industry, it is my passion for leading and mentoring industry professionals that inspired me to become a leadership coach and found Sprint Leadership Coaching. I am driven by a passion to empower clients to fully take control of their careers and effortlessly show up as the engaging leader people want to follow.
I am proud to serve on the board of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA Montreal), as well as on the coaching committee of Women Leaders in Pharma (WLP). Through those positions, I contribute to providing impactful executive coaching and career-developing programs, while fostering a strong network of support for women in healthcare.
